Our United Culture: A Virtual Leadership Workshop
Activity description
The essence of leadership cannot be overstated, from the office to the operating room. Clinicians and leaders across the health care spectrum appreciate the focus on behavioral styles, coaching attributes, interpersonal discussions and interdisciplinary team communications, all leading to improved relationships and working environments. This workshop will provide participants with insights into gaining a greater awareness of how to engage, build trust, collaborate and be accountable with others. It will create an environment that leverages a structured framework allowing for independent thinking to enable participants to learn more about themselves and to discover something new.
