Activity description
This activity will focus on strategies to optimize neonatal nutrition from the moment of birth up to the point of discharge. It will provide an overview of optimal practices that ensure appropriate nutrient intake and explore ancillary therapies and supplemental methods. Participants will be guided through the process of transitioning neonates to a discharge feeding regimen and will review criteria on when and how to escalate feeding-related concerns.

Target Audience
This activity is designed to meet the educational needs of nurses, nurse practitioners, PAs and physicians who have an interest in neonatal nutrition.
