About the faculty
Gang Capati is primarily a writer, a public intellectual, and an alternative educator best known for founding RockEd Philippines, a multi-project creative collective guided by the UN Sustainable Development Goals. Rock Ed advocates civic education through rock and roll culture, mainly programs held with volunteer artists outside the classroom. She is a staunch advocate of volunteerism and is a prime organizer of disaster relief operations.

Ms. Badoy studied at the University of the Philippines, Diliman. In 2010, she was recognized as one of The Outstanding Women in the Nation’s Service (TOWNS) and received the Ten Outstanding Young Men (TOYM) award on the same year. Now a trauma and neuroscience research fellow of Boston's Trauma Research Foundation, she is involved in clinical research on the brain and behavior translating studies to the Southeast Asian context and research papers in PTSD to Filipino.

Sarah Chart is a health care professional with over twenty years of experience in medical education. In her role as Vice President of Optum Health Education (OHE), Sarah leads a team that is responsible for the development and implementation of accredited educational activities for healthcare professionals on evidence-based and emerging clinical topics in complex medical conditions, behavioral health and the advancement of health equity.

OHE is a jointly accredited medical education company dedicated to providing interprofessional continuing education that improves patient outcomes and positively impacts the delivery of health care. In 2022 over 90,000 continuing education certificates were received by learners worldwide through OHE’s live onsite conferences, webinars and on-demand web-based activities. 

OHE works diligently to foster the professional development of engaged, lifelong learners who seek to advance the skills, strategy and/or performance relevant to their clinical practice and/or their role within the health care team.

In her role, Sarah interfaces with key nationally recognized opinion leaders and collaborates with clients throughout the UnitedHealth Group Enterprise and externally to advance initiatives through the development of high-quality educational activities. Sarah has been with UnitedHealth Group since 1994, previously working as a registered nurse case manager and account manager prior to moving to OHE.

Christine Dugay leads the Strategy3 Team in the Philippines. She has a solid appreciation of local business issues and growth opportunities through her research, advisory, and business consulting background. At Ipsos, Ms. Dugay has helped clients across sectors develop their business unit strategies, formulate their roadmaps, and perform competitive intelligence studies. Before Ipsos, she led and conducted custom research and consulting engagements for leading global development institutions. These engagements include donor diversification, market penetration, and stakeholder analysis. Ms. Dugay holds a Masters Degree on Managing Hyper Connectivity and on Japanese Studies. She is also a fellow of the Japan Foundation.

Dr. Kenneth Hartigan-Go is a senior research fellow of the Ateneo Policy Center of the School of Government and an adjunct faculty member at the Asian Institute of Management (AIM). He previously served as undersecretary of the Philippine Department of Health, director general of the Food and Drugs Administration, and deputy director of the Bureau of Food and Drugs. He was the founding executive director of the Zuellig Foundation, and he has held faculty positions at the UP College of Medicine, the Ateneo School of Medicine and Public Health, and AIM.

Dr. Hartigan-Go holds Doctor of Medicine degrees from the University of the Philippines College of Medicine and from Newcastle University UK (Clinical Pharmacology). He is a fellow of the Royal College of Physicians (Edinburgh), a fellow of the American College of Physicians, an honorary fellow of the Academy of Medicine (Singapore), an honorary fellow of the Singapore College of Physicians, and the past president of the Philippine College of Physicians.

Dr. Jeremy Lim is director for global health in the Saw Swee Hock School of Public Health, National University of Singapore and leads the initiatives in health systems strengthening and universal health coverage. Dr. Lim brings diverse and unique perspectives having spent substantial time in public and private healthcare across Asia as well as in policy advisory with Singapore's Ministry of Health, the World Bank and the World Health Organization. Outside academia, he serves on the boards of various for-profit and not-for-profit organizations in different aspects of health care including migrant worker health, end of life care and digital health interventions. He trained in surgery and public health, attaining post-graduate qualifications in both from the UK and US. 

Margaret-Mary Wilson, MD, MBA, MRCP is executive vice president and chief medical officer, UnitedHealth Group. Prior to joining UnitedHealthcare in 2008, she was an associate professor of Internal and Geriatric Medicine at St. Louis University, Missouri, where she also served as director of Geriatric Ambulatory Services and director of the Ortho-Geriatric Service. Her experience also includes direct patient care, medical education, patient safety, quality improvement, risk management, and global healthcare systems management in a variety of health care settings in Africa, the United Kingdom, South America and the United States.  She is board-certified in Internal Medicine and Healthcare Quality Management, and completed a Clinical Cardiology fellowship at the Royal Postgraduate Medical School in Hammersmith Hospital, UK. Dr. Wilson is a member of the Royal College of Physicians of the United Kingdom and a fellow of the American Institute of Healthcare Quality, the American Board of Quality Assurance & Utilization Review Physicians, and the National Postgraduate Medical College of Nigeria. She holds a master’s degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Healthcare Management.  Dr. Wilson has received numerous awards in medicine, including UnitedHealth Group’s inaugural Sages Interdisciplinary Collaboration Award, the Kathy Humphrey Award for Excellence in the promotion of cultural diversity in medical education, the St. Louis University William Osler Teaching Award for excellence in clinical teaching, the Gladney Diversity Award for outstanding performance as a medical educator and the British Foreign and Commonwealth Office’s Chevening Award. She received a 2019 Business of Pride award from the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal and was named a 2018 “Woman Worth Watching” by Diversity Journal. In 2021, Dr. Wilson was named one of the Top 100 most influential African Americans in Business by the National Diversity Council and one of the Top 100 elite women in 2021 by Diversity Journal. She has published more than 70 articles in peer-reviewed medical journals and textbooks.
