Building a Foundation for Our Evolving Clinical Culture
To provide the very best care and service for our members, we need all of our heads, hearts and hands working at their full potential. To that end we want to make sure you have tools and training needed to do just that. In the modules that follow over the next 15 weeks, you’ll find a training curriculum that seeks to offer a foundation for our evolving clinical culture, one that is trauma informed, rooted in evidence-based best practices and integrates the medical, behavioral and social components of care for our most complex members.
The training resources found here will help realize our vision of developing world class talent to deliver person-centered care at a lower cost. We want to learn together as our team continues to enhance this curriculum, so please share your feedback and expertise with us as we grow. We hope you find this material helpful in building authentic healing relationships with members as we all work to connect the world to better health, one person at a time.
