This activity will explore recent advances in the diagnosis and treatment of KLA and other lymphatic conditions, including current clinical trials. It will also share insights and perspectives from and provide strategies to support the well-being of both the individual and their family/caregiver(s).

This activity will provide participants with the latest information on the status of the MP outbreak, including its origin, at-risk populations, efficacy of available vaccines, pain and symptom management, risks of delayed diagnosis and mortality. Emerging research on MP prevention and treatment interventions will also be discussed.

This activity will provide education about the current statistics, incidence, and indicators of anorexia and examine the populations at increased risk for this illness. It will elaborate on the mental health effects of this disease and the relationship between diagnosis, treatment, and positive health outcomes. Interventional strategies, both preventive and treatment-based, will be discussed and will include a focus on the responsibilities and stressors that affect caregivers. Best practices that include improved communication among health care professionals, support for caregivers, and the integration of social/community support services will also be examined.

Throughout these activities, faculty will discuss the keys to optimize the management/benefits of individuals with cancer. Participants will hear about current topics and exciting advances in the field of oncology.
