OptumHealth Education appreciates your support in booking your hotel reservation at FireSky Resort & Spa. The number of hotel rooms used for this conference directly impacts hotel rates, conference costs and registration fees.

Hotel room rate: $219.00 single/double occupancy; $15 for each additional guest (Rate is per room per night and is subject to prevailing state and local taxes.) A cancellation fee of one night’s guestroom and tax will be billed for a reservation canceled less than seventy-two (72) hours prior to the scheduled arrival date.

Hotel room release date: Friday, Jan. 17, 2014. Reservations made after this date, or after the room block is sold out, will be at the prevailing room rate and subject to availability. Scottsdale is a popular destination, so reserve your room early!

Program materials will be in electronic format. You will receive an e-mail on or around Feb. 5 with instructions on how to access the materials prior to the conference.

Conference Attire

Attire for the conference is business casual. Although every effort is made to maintain a comfortable learning environment, meeting room temperatures can fluctuate greatly and may be difficult to control. The temperature is often cool in the meeting room. Therefore, bringing along a jacket or sweater is recommended.
